At THE DESIGN STUDIO CO we can provide the following services

HALF DAY SPECIFICATION + SELECTION 

4 HOUR ALLOCATION

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL

Consultations include colour document & samples

We will go through

Exterior – roof, guttering, bricks, render, paint, window frames, front door and garage door

Interior – joinery(kitchen, bathroom, laundry), bench tops, doors, handles, paint colours

We will then head to tile showroom for wet area selections, then to the flooring showroom for carpet and/or timber(if required)

FULL DAY SPECIFICATION + SELECTION 

8 HOURS

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL

Consultations include colour document & samples

We will go through

Interior – joinery(kitchen, bathroom, laundry), bench tops, doors, handles, paint colours

Then to the bathroom/plumbing store for ceramics & tap selection

We can also assist for down light & pendant selection if required

DEVELOPERS SPECIFICATION + SELECTION

Documents included; colour document, image of colours selections

All selections will be read, understood and signed by the client THE DESIGN STUDIO CO. will not be responsible if you do not review, understand or remember the selection when the home is being constructed.

THE DESIGN STUDIO CO. cannot give prices that are subject to the builder or contractor in contract with the client.

​

THE DESIGN STUDIO CO. take no responsibility if the builder, trades or contractor install or finish the product incorrectly that was noted by us correctly.

a 24 hour cancellation policy is in place- if cancelling appointment AFTER 24 hours of appointment start time the cost of the service will be invoiced 

We require a 50% deposit to secure an appointment with THE DESIGN STUDIO CO.
